Our private skateboard lessons are perfect for everyone from the beginner who has never stepped onto a board, to the intermediate skater needing help with flip tricks, to the adult who wants another way of getting around the city. Our instructors have years of experience teaching all ages and skill levels, and our dynamic, step-by-step approach to teaching is always fun and productive. Our unique offering of indoor lessons in a dedicated Training Facility(TF) makes for a teaching program that is varied and individualized, and will prepare students for skating everything from cracks in the sidewalk to obstacles in skate parks. PLEASE NOTE: Skateboarding is a skill much like playing an instrument or a fine art: Mastery Through Practice.
Training Facility:
The indoor training facility, at 83 3rd Ave, has a variety of stationary and movable ramps, making it suitable to all skill levels.

If you can walk and talk, we can teach you!
Equipment:
- Helmets are required for all lessons regardless of age (Adults included!) and anyone under 8 must wear pads.
- We can provide a loaner skateboard, helmets and pads. Please email beforehand to let us know what you will need to borrow. After your first lesson we can recommend equipment for purchase that suits your needs and ability level.
What to bring to your Lesson
- Skateboard
- Helmet and Pads (we recommend Pro-tec or Triple Eight)
- Sneakers (make sure the soles are flat, no running shoes, no open toed shoes).
- Signed Liability Waiver
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive account credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are forfeited.
